Level winder tube with 2 Ball bearing at the both end to support the worm shaft help to reduce more friction during casting for a better distance with lighter lure.
one of the ball bearing is inside the black plastic part under the black gear, the bearing can be check or replace by unscrewing the screw on top of the black gear.
