When will my first box ship?Your first subscription order will ship within 2 to 4 weeks after subscribing, and ships separately from other items in your order. All subscription gear is made to order. Well email you as soon as your first months gear is shipped.When will my recurring boxes ship?Recurring subscription orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks after your subscription is billed. Exact dates can vary based on production and calendar days, but we always ship as soon as your gear is ready.When will I be billed?

• First order: Charged immediately at checkout. Next charge occurs the following month.
• Recurring: Charged on the 15th of each month at 12:00 AM PT. Youll get an email confirmation when billed.

If billing fails, well retry daily for up to 8 days before canceling.How do I access my subscription account?Log in to your Addicted Fishing account and click My Subscriptions. If you havent activated your account yet, click Create Account on our login page and use the same email you used to subscribe.Can I update my subscription?Yes in My Subscriptions you can update your payment info, shipping address, product size, skip an order, or cancel. Changes must be made before the 10th of the month to apply to your next shipment.Do you ship internationally?We offer free shipping within the US. International subscriptions are not available at this time.Can I use a discount code?No subscriptions are already priced at a discounted rate compared to buying items separately.Can I return or exchange my subscription items?Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
